Other Sheds

TBA - 6pm

Watersheds create precisely defined (if changing), map-able, and easily understandable territories. Of course these delimitations rarely align with those of governance which is precisely why they prove so useful in redefining contemporary urban conditions. But “sheds” may also describe other territories as well (food sheds, commute sheds, etc.) which may or may not operate synergistically with watersheds. What other infrastructures or “sheds” define this city and how can they be coupled with Chicago’s water infrastructure to create a more holistic network?
